+ Reverse Transcripase component (M-MLV) of the kit is active at 50 °C, with a half life of 230 minutes, with the activity of RNase H reduced.
+ HotStart Taq DNA Polymerase enzyme is a mixture of enzyme and Anti-Taq monoclonal antibodies to ensure specificity and thermostability.
+ Kit contains 0.2 mM dNTP, 3 mM MgCl2 and HotStart Taq DNA Polymerase. System can be used directly both with DNA and RNA.
+ After the run, you can detect your DNA Sequence using by EvaGreen Dye.
